We offer computer-assisted execution of 3D projects and creation of 2D technical documentation, visualisation as well as proper optimisation of individual products, tools, machines or specialist instrumentation. We make it possible to reconstruct the shape of an existing part if you need to change its functionality or destroy it by making a 3D model using CAD software and reverse engineering techniques.
We make prototypes based on a 3D model received from the customer or designed according to the agreed specification. Depending on the needs and requirements, we use CNC machines or 3D printing techniques. In many cases, making a prototype allows to verify the correctness of the designed product both in technical and functional terms, especially before making and selecting the appropriate tool as well as accompanying instrumentation.
Depending on the needs and requirements of our customers, we are able to produce details in line with the provided 2D/3D documentation, with a high degree of complexity, making full use of the possibilities offered by our machine park. We manufacture products in small and large quantities, including unit production. Quality control at each stage of production allows us to eliminate errors before the final product is made.
If there is a need to make very precise and complex details or if the selected material is difficult to machine using traditional machining, EDM is the perfect solution. In our offer we have a sinker (EDM) as well as wire (WEDM) machines. We can manufacture a whole detail or a specific element of the production process.
We offer plastics production by injection moulding together with making a tool suitable for this purpose. We can process small prototype quantities or small series quantities which are not necessarily cost-effective when making a standard injection mould.
